All information is optional, but we do want to measure the impact of the Acknowledgement Marathon on Make A Difference Day, Saturday, October 25, 2008.  Let us know ahead of time that you'll be participating and if you have any questions for us. After that day, use this form to tell us (1) how many people you acknowledged and their relationship to you (e.g., 2 strangers, 3 friends, 4 family memebers 2 co-workers, etc.); (2) where those people are located (e.g., 1 person in CA, TN; 5 in NJ; 2 people in France, 5 in India, etc.); and (3) anything else you'd like to share about the experience no matter how small (e.g., someone you don't know waved or smiled back to you, you let someone go ahead of you and they, in turn, let someone go ahead of them; you got a hug; you learned something new about a neighbor, you reconnected with a family member that you haven't spokend to in a long time).  We'll compile the results and post on the site.   And, let us know if we can acknowledge u by listing your name as a participant - someone who made a difference in the world.
